Shipping Policy


Our logistics provider will aim to deliver your order by the delivery date unless there are exceptional circumstances.
Your order will be delivered to the delivery address you specified when placing your order, depending on your location and the delivery address.

If your delivery address is geographically remote, for example certain outlying islands or other isolated locations, it is possible that we may not be able to deliver there. If that is the case, we will notify you. We reserve the right not to deliver to any country that is prohibited by applicable laws.

Middlefield Glass Inc. Product(s) comprised within the same order cannot be split and delivered to different addresses.

Deliveries are made by couriers and take place on Monday to, excluding bank and public holidays, usually between 8:00 am and 6:00 pm. Saturday deliveries may be available in some locations. It is not possible to specify a precise time at which a delivery will take place, and delivery time might vary depending on geographic location of your delivery address and the courier used. Please note that the courier might require deliveries to be signed for.

You may be required to pay import duties and taxes. Middlefield Glass Inc. has no control over these charges and cannot predict the amount. We recommend that you contact your local customs office for further information before placing an order.

If no one is available at the delivery address to take delivery the courier will leave a note about what to do to collect the package or re-arrange delivery. If you do not collect or re-arrange delivery, we hold the right to charge you for additional storage or re-delivery costs. If, despite our reasonable efforts, we are unable to contact you or re-arrange delivery or collection we may end we will cancel your order without refunding your purchase.

Please note that you must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the state for which Middlefield Glass Inc. Product(s) are destined. We will not be liable for any breach by you of any such laws.

If you receive tracking information, please note it maybe delayed. Additionally, just because a customer received shipping information does not mean the package has shipped or will ship shortly.

If, for any reason, we cannot make your delivery within 30 days, or our shipping provider has lost the package you can contact us to discuss your options.

Shipping Times

Here at Quick Ship Glass we offer exceptionally fast lead times, to ensure you get the product as quickly as possible. We pride ourselves in accomplishing these lead times. However, there may be exceptions due to unforeseen circumstances and emergencies that your order will not meet these lead times. In these cases, we try our best to be transparent in our communication with the customer. Late lead times are not justification for a customer refund due to the reality of unforeseen circumstances.

After Receiving the Package


If the packaging or contents are broken in anyway send us comprehensive photos to within 24 hours of delivery. Inspect the glass before removing the plastic wrapping or removing the sharpie line. If the glass is broken leave it in the wrapping and send pictures. After photos are sent in 24 hours of delivery our postal service providers will process the claim. Our Currier will determine if the order is full refunded or not and we will notify you. Then Middlefield Glass Inc. will proceed in replacing the order no charge if the Damage Claim if it is determined it broke in transportation to your doorstep. If the Damage Claim determines that it did not break in transport the order will not be refunded to you. Please allow 1-2 weeks for the Damage Claim to be processed.
