Quick Ship Glass Inc. DOES NOT ACCEPT RETURNS on orders due to fact that we offer custom cut glass pieces that cannot be repurposed after they are cut to our customer’s specifications. There are no exceptions to this rule.
If the product is broken or you have not received your product, please see our SHIPPING TERMS.
If your product is defective or manufactured incorrectly, please contact us. For all our glass please allow for a cutting tolerance of +/- half the thickness of the glass (e.g. for 1/8” Art Glass the tolerance is +/- 1/16”). If you think your art glass has a defect please note that for our art glass the pattern is random, every piece is unique. The samples shown on our website will not have the exact pattern of the glass you order. Many of our art glasses are hand crafted and may have small bubbles or other marks due to the manufacturing process. Additionally, some of our products have sharp edges (seamed edges) exposed on the surface of the glass – which is normal with these types of glass. This is standard in the glass industry and not means for a refund or return. If you believe your product is defective in another way, please reach out to us. Here at Quick Ship Glass we check over every order to ensure it meets our high standards of quality and craftsmanship before being deliver to your doorstep or storefront.
